Terms of Use

1. The service

Saju Trip shows you a "Korean Destiny Type" derived from traditional Korean four-pillars (saju) calculations and builds a suggested Korea itinerary from it. It is entertainment and self-discovery content. It does not predict the future and is not professional advice of any kind.

2. Your itinerary and places

Places come from a list our team verifies, but opening hours, prices, availability and safety can change without notice. Check before you go. Sponsored places are always labelled "Sponsored"; sponsorship never changes the order of places in your itinerary.

3. Bookings, partners and affiliate links

Saju Trip does not sell or take payment for flights, hotels, tours or tickets. "Book" links take you to partner sites (for example Viator, Klook, KKday or Creatrip). Your booking is a contract between you and that partner under its terms. Some links are affiliate links and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for partner services.

4. Coupons

Coupons shown in your itinerary are offered by partner stores, one redemption per coupon per trip, and are valid only within the dates shown. They are not cash and cannot be resold. Coupons never cover medical services, medical bookings or over-the-counter medicines. Stores may refuse a coupon that has expired or has already been used.

5. Accounts

You can use Saju Trip without an account. If you sign in with an email link to save trips, keep your email account secure. You can delete your account at any time from "My trips".

6. Acceptable use

Do not:

• use automated tools to scrape, overload or interfere with the service;
• attempt to access other people's trips, accounts or admin screens;
• misuse coupons, staff screens or share links;
• present Saju Trip content as medical, legal or financial advice.

7. Content and intellectual property

Share cards and itineraries you create are yours to share for personal, non-commercial use. The Saju Trip name, design, type descriptions and software are ours or our licensors'.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on your Destiny Type or itinerary, for partner services, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights in your country.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live. Saju Trip is operated by X-ON Inc. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
